Terms and Conditions for Payment Plan Agreement
1. Introduction
By purchasing the program offered by Nicola Zanetti SA (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the payment plan for the program.
2. Payment Plan Commitment
The Client acknowledges and agrees to pay the total agreed amount for the program, according to the payment plan selected at the time of purchase. This payment plan allows the Client to pay the total amount in installments each month until all the installments are due.
3. No Cancellation Policy
The Client understands and agrees that the program is not a membership that can be canceled but a commitment to a payment plan for the full cost of the program. Once the Client has committed to the payment plan, they are obligated to complete all payments as per the agreed schedule. The Client cannot cancel the payment plan after enrollment.
4. Automatic Payments
All payments under the payment plan will be processed automatically on the agreed-upon dates using the payment method provided by the Client at the time of enrollment. The Client is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in their account to cover each installment.
5. Consequences of Payment Failure
If the Client fails to make any installment payment when due, the Company will make reasonable attempts to notify the Client and resolve the payment issue. However, if the payment remains outstanding, the following actions will be taken:
a. The full remaining balance of the payment plan will become immediately due and payable.
b. The Client's account will be reported to credit bureaus as delinquent, which may negatively impact the Client's credit score.
c. The Client's failure to fulfill the payment obligations may be reported to their bank as a default on payment, which could affect the Client's future creditworthiness.
6. Credit Score Impact
The Client acknowledges that failure to complete the payment plan as agreed may result in their credit score being adversely affected. The Company is not responsible for any consequences related to the Client's credit score or financial standing due to non-payment or late payment.
